Apply new insights from memory reconsolidation research to reduce drug cravings, and review video of a research experiment designed to weaken cravings for alcohol.
Demonstrate how to alter imagery, heighten sensory awareness, and use role-play games to disrupt patterns, condition new responses, and teach clients new coping strategies.
Identify emotional memories driving unwanted patterns and use Courtney's RECON protocol to update core beliefs, change emotional responses, and resolve inner conflicts.

COURTNEY ARMSTRONG is the developer of Trauma Informed Hypnotherapy a respectful, strengths-based approach that focuses on helping clients reclaim a positive identity, repair attachment wounds, and reconsolidate traumatic memories with empowering new endings. A Fellow of the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists, she has studied hypnosis under masters such as Bill O'Hanlon, Steve Andreas, and Jon Connelly.
